Application Guidelines for the Galleries and Projects section 2024

Projects suitable for display at the fair:

· An art project by an individual artist, which consists of an artwork, an installation or an entire body of work.

· Collaboration of a couple or a group, presenting one joint work or body of work.

· A project by a gallery or a curator, presenting a body of work by an individual artist or a group of artists, under a curatorial theme.

The participation display package includes:

· An exhibition booth measuring 15 square meters / 20 square meters / 30 square meters

· Electricity and lighting: yellow / white fluorescent wash lights + 2 spots per space, 1 electrical outlet.

· Equipment: a table and two chairs.

· Signage: on the booth, at the entrance to the fair and throughout the fair.

· A page in Freshpaint’s online catalog.

· Promotion on the Freshpaint website.

· Invitations to the preview evening of the fair.

Participation fee:

· Cost of a display package for a project in a space of about 15 square meters: 16,000 NIS + VAT.

· Cost of a display package for a project in a space of about 20 square meters: 21,000 NIS + VAT.

· Cost of a display package for a project in a space of about 30 square meters: 27,000 NIS + VAT.

The participation package includes all of the above plus the right to independently offer for sale any artwork displayed in the space, so that both managemnet of the sales and the revenues from them are entirely at the disposal of the exhibitors.

Conditions for submitting a project to the galleries and projects section:

· The submission is open to any gallery, curator, or other artistic institution – each project must be accompanied by a curator. The submission does not include a registration fee.

· Freshpaint’s curatorial team reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject a project. Many projects are submitted each year and exhibition space is limited.

· Priority will be given to projects created especially for the fair, and/or meant to be showcased at Freshpaint for the first time.

· Participation in the 2024 galleries and projects section is conditional on paying the participation fees as detailed, and signing a contract.

The execution of the project presented at the fair is conditional upon compliance with all the conditions and requirements established by Freshpaint Group Ltd. Failure to comply with all the aforementioned conditions and requirements will be grounds for canceling the project’s participation, even after it has been selected for display by the fair’s curatorial team.
