Yael Leibovitch and Simone Dell'Ariccia are designers and graduates of the Israel Institute of Technology, the Politecnico di Milano, and Sapienza University of Rome. In 2021 they founded DL-arch Studio in Tel Aviv. The studio’s practice is grounded in a “Reasoned Architecture” approach, combining rational planning with sensitivity to context, material, and human experience. Working at the intersection of architecture and object design, the studio has exhibited at Milan Design Week and received international recognition and awards. The project features a unique piece from the Piramide collection, which explores the tension between mass and transparency. Made of American oak and glass, the table is based on a geometry that creates an inverted pyramidal volume, appearing to float within a minimalist glass structure. Designed in Milan and produced exclusively for Freshpaint in collaboration with local workshops, it is the first and only piece from the collection handcrafted in Israel.
