Vered Tendler Dayan and Eli Elisher

Vered Tendler Dayan and Eli Elisher collaborate as ceramic artists, bringing together distinct practices rooted in material exploration and craft. Vered has worked in ceramics since 2003, primarily on the wheel, creating delicate functional objects and sculptural forms that exist between utility and design. Eli is a graduate of Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, co-owner of Adama Studio, and a member of the Zik Group. The Old Is the New New engages with sustainability and preservation through a hand crafted sculptural object combining clay and natural loofah. Through processes of stitching, ceramic coating, and firing, the work merges natural and man made elements, transforming existing materials into new forms while reflecting ecological awareness and material reuse.
