Hodaya Ben Eliyahu

Hodaya Ben Eliyahu is a Jerusalem-based glass artist and graduate of the Ceramic and Glass Design Department at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. Her hand crafted glass works are inspired by the natural world and characterized by realism, vibrant color, and meticulous detail.The project features a series of goblets and bottles shaped like strawberries, created through Pyrex glass blowing and hand sculpting with a torch. Using molds made from real strawberries, the works precisely capture the fruit’s texture in glass. Blending design and sculpture, the series explores the relationships between nature, material, and function, offering a playful and poetic interpretation of everyday objects.
