How to Apply to Fresh Design
Freshpaint Art and Design Fair 2027 is on its way! Independent designers – applying individually, as a duo, or as a group – are invited to submit projects featuring new product collections or sales exhibitions for their first public presentation and commercial launch at Fresh Design 2027.

Key Points
We encourage the submission of entirely new projects that have not yet been presented to the public.
We also welcome proposals for special editions created specifically for the fair.
You may (and are encouraged to) submit a project developed as a collaboration between designers who do not usually work together and have joined forces specifically to share exhibition costs and present their work together at the fair.
Designers may also submit a proposal for a shared exhibition space even if they are not collaborating on the works themselves, provided that the presentation and overall concept of the space are developed jointly.
Important: The number of shared booths in the Fresh Design area is limited. Designers wishing to exhibit in a shared booth must therefore submit a cohesive proposal that includes all participating designers and a plan for their joint presentation.
Small Open Booth
An open booth with a back wall, bordered by one 1.2 m-wide side partition on each side. (The length of the back wall will be determined according to the layout of the venue.)
Medium Open Booth
An open booth with a back wall, bordered by one 1.2 m-wide side partition on each side. (The length of the back wall will be determined according to the layout of the venue.)
Large Open Booth
An open booth with a back wall, bordered by one 1.2 m-wide side partition on each side. (The length of the back wall will be determined according to the layout of the venue.)
The participation fee for each booth includes:
- Electricity connection (one power outlet)
- Signage at the booth and throughout the fair
- A dedicated page on the fair’s website
- Participation in the various events hosted by the fair for its different guest audiences
- General lighting for the exhibition space
Exhibitors may add their own lighting in coordination with the production team and at their own expense, including installation costs. - Installation of lighting fixtures that form part of the exhibition. If lighting fixtures are included as part of the exhibitor’s presentation, the fair will be responsible for suspending them at the appropriate height within the venue.
- Security for the Fresh Design area and third-party liability insurance throughout the fair, including during installation and dismantling days
